11. Confidentiality and Client Information
In connection with inquiries, purchases, consulting engagements, or training activities, you may provide information to Better Resilience, LLC. We will use reasonable care to protect non-public client information shared with us.
Unless governed by a separate written agreement, you should not submit highly sensitive, regulated, classified, privileged, or legally restricted information through the Site or ordinary electronic communications.
Confidentiality obligations, if any, for consulting engagements may be further addressed in a separate written agreement, statement of work, or master services agreement.

Better Resilience, LLC may employ a variety of analytical methods, software tools, and technologies, including artificial intelligence, to assist in developing recommendations. Clients remain solely responsible for evaluating whether any recommendation is appropriate for their specific circumstances.
13. Assumption of Risk
Preparedness training, emergency planning, communications exercises, field activities, tabletop exercises, and related activities may involve inherent risks. By participating in any training, consulting, or activities associated with Better Resilience, LLC, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume such risks. Participation is undertaken at your own discretion and responsibility.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Better Resilience, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
