Better Resilience, LLC strives to provide high-quality educational content and training experiences. Because our products are primarily digital and educational in nature, the following refund terms apply.
Digital Products and Online Courses
Due to the immediate access provided to digital materials, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted or materials have been downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue accessing materials, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Live Training and Webinar Registrations
If you are unable to attend a scheduled live session:

Requests made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time may receive a refund or credit at our discretion.

Requests made within 48 hours of the event may not be eligible for a refund.
If a session is canceled by Better Resilience, LLC, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Consulting Services
Consulting fees are generally non-refundable once services have been delivered. If a prepaid engagement is canceled before services begin, refunds may be issued at our discretion.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations arise. Refund requests outside the terms above may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of access to products or services.
